BERLIN- HELP!!!!!

Hi leyana28, If you're going to Berlin, you should definitely go and visit The Berlin Radio Tower. It is quite touristy but the views from up there are fantastic! It's a major Berlin landmark and you can get there by the S-Bahnhfe: S Messe Nord/ICC: S41, S42, S46, U-Bahnhfe: U Kaiserdamm: U2. The flea market in the Mauerpark is really worth visiting, it's where all the students and locals go, and Berlins Zoological Garden which is one of the oldest in Europe. As well as this, the Christmas markets will have started by the time you get there! They are on from 26th Nov until 31st Dec 2008 and there are a total of 60 markets around the city. I would recommend the best markets as; the Potsdamer Platz market, Gendarmenmarkt, and the one at Charlottenburg Castle. The markets are open; Sun-Thu 11am-10pm, Fri-Sat 11am-11pm, Christmas Eve 11am-6pm and New Years Eve 11am-1am.

I have no idea about the French or Phillipines embassies, but I do know that as far as the requirments go, if you don't make the grade, then they rarely make exceptions. sorry to be the party pooper there, and hope it all goes great!.

I would pay attention to castles, the architecture is marvelous and the French really know how to build. Also i like their food. vine and chese are simply the best :D.

What about visiting Scotland and its capitol Edinburgh? The UK is a marvelous country, beleive me. and the people are very nice. What is also a plus there are a lot of free museums. sure there are many payed ones as well. but you can economise money on that. Scottish castles deserve special attention. also the nature is really beautiful. I think a trip to Edinburgh will be beneficial anyway. leyana28 it says in your profile that you are located at Barcelona. Why don't you just ask friends or locals? It appears that nobody on here has visited RA and El Jardinet. Catalan Nationalism Gone Mad?

Hello! I don't think you have to be mad with this. Everyone has their right to feel from wherever they want. Where's the problem?? I think you can not understund if you don't live or you haven't bornt there. It is very complex and there're a lot of injustices from both sides. People think this is about a competition but we are talking about a very important thing which must be respected. You should not express your opinion if you don't really know what you are talking about! Woooow! Hi everybody! I love that question and I love Barcelona! My favourite city is Barcelona for sure! You have all you need to have the best vacation! You got the beach (even if its winter you can have great time) you got amazing food, very nice people... A lot of activities such as visiting museums, discovering the old town, cinema, music concerts... and for sure exciting nightlife! Beautiful parks and walks. Gaud, Mir, Dal and romanic art! Funfairs with beautiful views. Original shoping, street culture... whatever you are looking for is there! It is the Spanish Dream!!! Just enjoy! Have a nice day!.

Where to go this summer???

Hello! Have you ever been to Spain? Probably you had but, you can repeat! It is a great place to go and you will have a really good time !!! If your idea is to spend 3 or 4 weeks you can stay some nights in Barcelona. In august it is not very crowed and beaches are great but also you have a lot fo thing to do because spending 4 days only on the beach it is quite boring! Then you can take a train and visit the south of Spain, for example. You will see there's a lot of differences between Barcelona and the south: sevilla, granada, cadiz... but both places are great on summer! I strongly recommend you. By the other hand, if you want, you can also cross the see from andalousie and spend some days in Morocco, so definitely... Spain and for sure Barcelona are the best options. Near Barcelona you can visit other towns (by the seaside) which are gorgeous.

yes, if you look in youtube there are various videos of people "interviewing" people (mainly tourists) who leave the shows early, and making a point of them being disgusted by it, and "Can you belive this still goes on today?" kind of attitude. They take it all quite seriously it seems..
